6. Information On Prices
The prices indicated in the online store are presented in euros (€) and are subject to taxation of the Value Added Tax (VAT) in the country of origin of the buyer (customer).
The shipping costs are due to the Buyer and added to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and complete the purchase process.

7. Purchase Process

Your order will be processed only after confirmation of the respective payment.
In case of non-payment or non-performance or non-confirmation of the General Conditions, Oliófora reserves the right to not accept the customer’s order, or cancel it, even after the automatic confirmation.
Oliófora reserves the right not to confirm and / or to deliver the ordered products, regardless of the reason and disclaims liability for any damages or costs, if:
– There is any unforeseeable event or change the current circumstances that may affect the production, transportation and their costs, or to cause abnormal rises in raw materials prices;
– If for any reason it is impossible to collect and receipt of appropriate payment;

8. Deadlines For Delivery
Barring some exceptional situation, the items will be delivered within 5 WORKING DAYS after the formalization of the order. In the event of delay for reasons of force majeure, non-compliance of the logistic partner or customer, Oliófora is committed to inform the customer on the process and make the best efforts to quickly solve the situation.
9. Exchanges / Returns / Complaints
Under the legislation, in case of lack of conformity of goods with the contract, the consumer is entitled to it to be replaced without charge by repair or replacement, at appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months after its detection and may exercise the rights described where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within a period of up to two years after delivery of the goods.
You may proceed to free termination of the purchase and sale of products, without any compensation and without invoking any reason, within 14 days after physical possession of the goods. The amount paid for the goods ordered will be reimbursed and the return costs are to be borne by the customer. All disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled by the Court of Viana do Castelo, with express waiver of any other.
