Our main goal is producing 100% biodegradable natural cosmetic products. We choose the best quality biodegradable ingredients, that guarantee no damage to aquatic nature.
We have 7 years of experience of collaboration with the best luxury hotels in Portugal and now we are introducing SPHAÏRA concept to work with growing market of clean sustainable hospitality, projects dedicated to sports, wellness, eco conscious office spaces, etc

SPHAÏRA PROJECT EVOLUTION
Currently our factory has a production capacity of 50MT of cosmetic products per year. We are always looking for the newest research in cosmetic ingredients to maintain high quality production and control methods. We give priority to Portuguese and European manufacturers when purchasing raw materials and packaging to reduce our footprint.

Location
The laboratory, as well as a production unit, are located in the Tâmega Park industrial state, in Amarante, with a total space of 600 sq.m. Our location allows quick access to the A4 Motorway, Porto and the port of Leixões.

For sustainable travel market we offer various options to fit in bathrooms design and respond to various volume requirements. Our range is from 200ml to 500ml solutions.
We have simple and minimalist design stainless still dispensers with 3 years guarantee. And we also offer robust and modern design sustainable plastic dispensers for the bigger volumes.
This solution will reduce the costs for personal hygiene products by 15-20% and use of plastic by 70%.
